Prolong Lash™ was formulated in response to many clients with eyelash extensions presenting after 1, 2 or 3 weeks with clumped eyelashes, loss of eyelashes and inhibited natural eyelash growth.
Prolong Lash™ Cleanser eliminates protein build-up, debris, makeup and dead skin cells from the eyelash base, extending the life of your eyelash extensions.
Prolong Lash™ aids in preventing clumping of bonded eyelash extensions. Clumping inhibits your natural lash cycle. When dead hairs are held in the hair follicle, this increases the risk of infection and preventing new lashes from growing through.
How to use
Mix 1 Part Concentrate to 2 Parts distilled water in an empty foaming pump bottle and shake well. Pump 3-4 times onto a cleansing brush, snag free make up remover cloth or fingertips, work in a circular motion over the face and around the eyes and lash line to remove make up, build up and oils. Rinse well with water. See our Dilution table below for exact measurements.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
How To Return My Items?
Adhesives are final sale. All trays must be unopened and unused. We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
